USPS 2-3 Priority Shipping: Usually 1-3 business days after an order is placed.
We wish we could personally hand each and every candle to our amazing candle lovers but unfortunately, we have little control over how the carrier cares for your package on its way to you.
Please double check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has placed. We cannot make sure your item gets to you if you use an incorrect address.
Once shipped the final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages.
You should receive shipping notifcations and tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

If you have an issues upon arrival, let us know within 14 days if any significant damage occured during transit. Please provide images of the damages and email us at Thesleepingcandle@gmail.com
Once you email us, we will inspect the damages and you may return your unused product for a full purchase refund. You are still responsible for all shipping related costs and will not be refunded for orginal or return shipping costs.
